24 Non-illuminated, PVC Lamppost Banner Advertising, size 2.2 x 0.785m to be located along a stretch of the A117 East Ham High Street between the junction with Church Road to the North and Tilbury Road to the South; and also, along the length of Ron Leighton Way between the junction with East Ham High Street to the North and the A124 Barking Road to the South. System to be used will be a flex-arm system, which is retro fitted to the column with the three point double banding system atop dry-proof damp course to protect the column. They will display event and commercial advertising [as agreed with London Borough of Newham Council under the terms of our Contract Agreement]. The advertising may vary in design but will adhere to advertising standards and will require approval of council representatives.
