In respect of the area of land at the north and north western portion of the site (Phase 1), detailed planning consent is sought for the development of 3 perimeter blocks ranging in height between 5-12 storeys; 292 new residential dwellings (Use Class C3), including 87 affordable dwellings; 852sqm of commercial floorspace; 157 car parking spaces and 369 cycle parking spaces; landscaping and public realm improvements; temporary energy centre; and improvements to internal access routes. THIS APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (AMENDED ON 04/08/2014) THIS APPLICATION AFFECTS THE SETTING OF A GRADE II* LISTED BUILDING.
