The Hall Back Street South Clifton Newark On Trent NG23 7AF

T1 and T2 mature Scots pine trees growing in close proximity to one another and located close to the property. Both trees have a pronounced lean towards the property and are heavily weighted in the upper crown. The trees' proximity to each other, combined with their existing form and upper crown weight, means that crown reduction or selective pruning would significantly alter their natural appearance and is unlikely to provide a satisfactory long-term solution. Removal of both trees is therefore proposed to address their current position and form and to reduce the potential risk of branch or tree failure towards the property.
