Application for Listed Building Consent - Prop up with Acro props , internally and externally. Replace rotten sole plates to front of house, replacing with new oak sole plate .Remove cement covering the bricks . Replace deteriorated brick underneath with new brickwork , four courses. Render repairs with traditional materials, inside and out, to match existing interior , exterior. Replace rotten existing windows at rear of property with same style, timber casements flush window, slim line double glazing and structural bars. No alternation of arrangement of any historic windows Install small upstairs toilet , using slimline pipes to be hidden behind existing plaster boards wall. Toilet will connect to existing sewer work inside and out. Removal of hollow , non original, plasterboard walls to incorporate toilet into bathroom . Replacement of front and back doors ,non original and rotten, to be timber , with replication of any historic detailing .
