To change the use of the shop only from class E to Sui Generis. The space will be used as a Beauty Salon. The Sui Generis class of usage is a pre-requisite for the Special Treatments License for Manicure/Pedicure treatments and some other beauty treatments that require a special treatment licence. The proposed use of the site will not need any structural alterations to any part of the building. Waste material will be placed in a suitable covered, leak proof waste bin. The opening hours of the Beauty Salon will operate Monday - Sunday between 09:00 – 18.00, Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 with one or two evenings to stay open until 20:00. It is deemed that these hours are suitable for the services associated with the change of use and not inappropriate for the location. There will be no change to the building from any public road or footpath. There will be no change to footprint of the building or the interior layout and design of the building.
