In addition, during the access period, to inspect all glazing frames for potential rot, repair as required; Check all glazing for cracks damage or defective putties; clean back timber work and prep for undercoat and top coat to match existing colour schemes; should sarking felt be present, to remove and replace with F1 grade bituminous felt.
