Listed Buillding consent for the change of use of the existing Machine Shop 8 site to "Drive Thru Cinema" use. The proposal will involve the formation of a new cinema screen area, levelling of existing hardcore surface, protection to existing frame columns and formation of a new perimeter fence. The existing Listed machine Shop 8 frame will be unaffected in any way by the proposed development
