An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for Minor Material Amendments in connection with the planning permission ( DC/21/121861 ) dated 19 May 2021, for the variation of Condition (2) (Approved Drawings) in order to allow:- External material changes with the stone surround being replaced with aluminium flashing/panel boarding; internal layout amendments to the ground and lower ground floors with changes to a new GF study arrangement to Plot 1 as well as a new oriel window to Plot 1 Kitchen area; Plots 01 first floor terrace revised; The staircase changed to a traditional timber stair; Bi-folds replaced with French doors and sidelights; the Hit & Miss wall panel was omitted, and the Rear elevation was rationalised with timber to upper storeys at 29 Tranquil Vale SE3.
