An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a Minor Material Amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/17/104391) dated 19 March 2018 at 219 Sydenham Road SE26, as amended by Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a Minor Material Amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/20/119491) dated 13 May 2021, for variation of Condition (2) approved drawings in order to allow:- Amend the interior layouts across all floors of the building in order to maintain appropriate stair and lift cores in line with access for all and Building Regulation accessibility and fire safety standards; Extend the ground floor rear elevation (unit 2) by 1m to maintain national space standards following additional wall thickness to meet Building Regulation conservation of fuel/ power standards; Extend the ground floor inset rear elevation (unit 1) by 3m to maintain national space standards following additional wall thickness to meet Building Regulation conservation of fuel/ power standards; Extend the rear first, second, third, fourth and roof floors by 0.74m to maintain national space standards following additional wall thickness to meet Building Regulation conservation of fuel/ power standards (note as a result the balcony to Unit 3 is also moved forward by 0.74m);Insertion of water tank enclosure set within site to meet building regs Part G
