An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/17/103961) granted on the 20/12/2017 for demolition of Kenton Court, 132 Adamsrill Road SE26 and the construction of a part three/part four storey building to provide 25 residential dwellings comprised of 5 x 1 bed, 15 x 2 bed, 4 x 3 bed and 1 x 4 bed self contained flats, together with improvements to the existing pedestrian walkway, the creation of a shared landscaped space within a rear courtyard, secure cycle and refuse storage in order to replace the timber fins to the external walkway screening and curtain walling with steel powder coated treatments and subsequently change the approved wording of Conditions 2 and 24.
