Variation sought : Condition 2 : The additional dormers are no longer implemented as part of the roof works, and retaining the existing configuration of dormer windows. The floor in the lower ground floor is no longer to be lowered; the existing kitchen is not going to be subdivided and no kitchen is going to be located in the ground floor dining room. Installation of 4x extract terminals to the rear. Removal sought: Condition 5 : The existing bricks are no longer proposed to be cleaned. Condition 7: The proposed relocation of the kitchen to the existing panelled dining room and the installation of sanitaryware within the panelled closet room on the ground floor are no longer considered.
