Non-Material Amendment Following a Grant of Planning Permission ref: 24/04003/FUL (Redevelopment of the site comprising demolition of all structures associated with the petrol filling station, and development of two linked towers, in addition to basement levels, consisting of student accommodation with associated amenity space (Use Class Sui Generis) together with cafe and flexible incubator (Use Class E) / cultural space (Use Class Sui Generis), with provision of associated cycle parking, access and other associated works; and the retention, refurbishment and vertical extension to Vintage House (Use Class E) and other associated works, on a phased basis) granted on 21.11.2025. Amendment sought : Revisions to the approved student accommodation room mix, including the conversion of 35 studio rooms to twin occupancy rooms within the South Tower, alongside a series of minor design development changes to the approved building facades, landscaping and servicing arrangements. Plus revised wording of conditions 19, 23, 27 and 63 to reflect the approved phasing strategy, approved fire documentation and the agreed approach to future district heat network connections.
