Reduce height by up to 2m (from 7m to approx. 5m) and lateral spread by up to 2m (from 7m to approx. 5m). All pruning to suitable secondary growth points to maintain a natural crown form and balanced aesthetic. Reason for works: To restore the trees form, alleviate shading to the dwelling and garden and maintain clearance of the public footway and adjacent lamp column. The reduction will also increase daylight levels to the frontage while ensuring long term management of crown spread.
