Variation sought : To extend the hours of operation of the approved gym area. Amendment to the condition 17 wording to read : 17 The gymnasium use hereby permitted shall not operate other than within the following times: 06.00-21.00 Monday to Sunday and public holidays Reason: To protect the amenities of adjoining occupiers and the surrounding area in accordance with Policy Q2 of the London Borough of Lambeth Local Plan (2021).
