Windows at the rear and flank of the property of casement, sash and pivot openers will be overhauled with a set of double-glazed uPVC casement, sash and pivot windows. Removal of two single-glazed timber door sets at ground floor and four single-glazed timber door sets at first and second floor. All replacement door sets will be with uPVC double-glazed sets, on a like for like basis.
