40 Stockwell Park Crescent London Borough of Lambeth SW9 0DG

Large Ash in rear of garden - has been decaying for many years but recent evidence of burrowing by an animal at base and hollow sound has prompted concern. A report commissioned in 2015 confirmed evidence of degradation by a parasitic organism (see attachments). Recently sought x2 inspections from independent arboriculturists with both recommending immediate felling (see attachments). I was also advised that the size and nature of removing the stump will prohibit planting a tree in the same position.
