Excessive shading from 21 Cricklade Avenue - which is currently unoccupied at present. Request for tree to be felled as light is severely restricted in my Garden on 22 Downton Avenue. Looks from glance to be a maple tree - fairly common and unprotected. Do not wish to replant any new trees at risk of the same issue in a number of years.
