Application for a Certificate of a Lawfulness (Existing) with a respect to the replacement of a fence. The fence on the roof terrace had deteriorated and hence was replaced recently with a new fence. I have attached a professional report from 18.10.2000 showing the existence of the fence and a more recent photo showing the a partial broken fence and fence posts in situ.
