PLEASE NOTE THE ROOTS ARE GROWING TOWARDS THE SERVICE TRENCH AND DRAIN SYSTEM ON 12A SCS. AS A RESULT OF THE SITUATION WE URGE TO REMOVE THE TREE, CONSIDERING IT STANDS ALONE ON A HARD SURFACE DRIVEWAY WE DO NOT FIND THE CONDITIONS SUITABLE TO REPLANTED.
