To: Evidence that the three storey extension comprising 2 self contained flats (Use Class C3) is registered with a CSH certification body and that a preassessment report (or design stage certificate with interim rating if available) has been submitted indicating that the development can achieve the stipulated CSH level 4 shall be presented to the LPA.
