I WOULD LIKE TO APPLY FOR A FAST TRACK SERVICE As per the attached plans, we would like to extend the rear of the existing property by 2m, to create a larger kitchen and dining area. This will then make the total length of the rear extension, from the back of the original house to end of the extension, 6m long. We would like to add in two new roof lights (as indicated in the plans), these would be flat roof lights not roof lanterns. The roof height would remain unaffected and would not be raised, so the internal ceiling height would remain 2,4m and the existing flat roof (hot roof) would be extended out.
