The external wall separating the dining room and patio will be taken down and an internal wall erected. The rear door will remain in the kitchen albeit relocated to the side elevation of the property, with the existing opening infilled. Services and drainage will be directed and fed into the existing soil vent pipe providing minimal disruption to the existing structure. There is an outbuilding in the rear garden within close proximity to the external wall which will be demolished to allow sufficient room for the extension and a pathway to the side of the property into the garden.
