Non-material amendment to Planning Permission PP/20/07076 (Works to be carried out to both towers) for exact position and sizes of smoke extract shaft as per initial proposal: smoke extract shaft to be clad in lightweight metal / non-combustible materials to match colour in original application: replacement of the original bulkhead ceiling enclosure to the lift lobbies with a permeable bulkhead ceiling enclosure; repositioning of the fire door to the east staircase to allow/maintain the airflow to the west staircase; correction of balcony patio doors in line with manufacturer minimum size openings.
