Relocation of existing manhole subject to Thames Water License Lower ground floor Internally to address damp problem on party wall to No 16 - removal of existing plaster to external walls where necessary. New waterproofing membrane installed (as advised by specialist contractor). New internal linings with lime plaster (spec tbc with Heritage Consultant).New decoration throughout Block up existing doorway to reception with lightweight plasterboard partition and timber studs Replacement of finishes and fittings to under stairs WC and new tiling and addition of small cloakroom sink. Removal of existing flooring, installation of gas underfloor heating system to kitchen and living spaces and replacement with engineered wood throughout. Lining and damp proofing of existing under pavement storage vault. Installation of new washing machine and tumble dryer, vented to exterior through existing brick wall. Painted MDF alcove shelving New kitchen in central reception and services in association. Front lightwell area Replacement of existing timber framed stair from pavement to LG level at front of property, with new black painted iron stair treads and handrail in traditional style. Replacement of existing sanitaryware and plumbing in existing positions. New / upgraded finishes (tiles / plaster) - Complete Written Advice (only): £425.00 + VAT = £510.00
