The following is relevant (i) Tree T1 is lapsed from a cyclical management regime which dates 20-25 years +. These works (also included within the Schedule of Works where in conjunction with structural and drainage management works) Therefore remedial works via crown reduction of the tree (which shall apply a reduction of over 30%) shall restore management of water uptake capabilities whilst retaining the tree with all the positive attributes highlighted within the Conservation Area. Furthermore tree works shall rester management in line with good arboricultural practice and to dispense with duty of care.
