Works comprise: removal of existing dilapidated roof and front doors facing Brooksby Mews; installation of new painted timber doors and painted timber clerestory windows to the front elevation; new roof covering with rooflights; and replacement of rear painted timber clerestory windows in the rear wall. Materials and detailing to match the visual appearance of recently refurbished garages within the mews. No change of use, extension, or increase in volume is proposed.
