The existing retaining wall between properties of No's 40 and 42 is to be removed and replaced with a new king post form of retaining brick fenced wall at 1.5m height incorporating concrete panels between the kingposts. The new wall will go from No 40 to No 46 inclusive. A black powder coated weld mesh fence of (1.6m high) will sit on top of the wall to match existing fences adjacent. Trees T7, T8, T9 and T10 (please see arboricultural report, tree protection plan and tree survey plan) are to be removed to prevent the wall being damaged again.
