Non-material amendment to planning permission reference P2018/1146/FUL, dated 03/05/2019 which granted permission for the following: The proposal involves works including the widening of the existing east - west footpath between the pedestrian access points off Carnoustie Drive and Pembroke Street, installation of a new ramp and steps and other associated works including the installation of motor scooter barriers and new landscaping works. The amendments sought include: 1 Design alterations to the approved motorcycle barrier. 2 Design alterations of central area to ensure the existing fencing be blocked to prevent motorcycle access. 3 Extension of central ramp into car parking bay area to accommodate manhole cover inaccurately plotted in TOPO survey and the omission of signage from scheme.
