49 Canonbury Road Islington N1 2DG

The proposed work is to cut down and remove a tree from our land. The reason is that the tree is deemed unstable and dangerous, having already lost a substantial branch during October 2019's storms. The tree is a Mimosa tree, per feedback from Ashmore Trees. There is no TPO on the tree concerned. However the house and land is within an Islington Conservation Area. We will not be seeking to replant a new tree due to the proximity of the tree plot to the house and due to potential future damage to the original garden brickwork wall.
