Refurbishment of the existing showroom in order to refresh finishes and improve functionality for the tenant. Works will involve removal of modern partitions, the tea-point and an area of modern pine timber floorboards. The works being undertaken will be installation of a new ceiling mounted VRF heating / cooling system with external condenser units positioned in the rear light well (note a separate planning application is being submitted for this element), new partitions and floor finishes to suit the revised layout, sanding down and re-varnishing the retained timber floor boards, addition of one new accessible WC and shower, re-modelling of the existing WCs, installation of a new tea-point and adaptions to existing lighting, small power and data to suit the proposed layout.
