Provision is made for a total 310 parking spaces (of which 304 will be in the basements), along with areas of external amenity, circulation and landscaping space. (This application represents a redesign of blocks EG1, EG2 and EG3 approved under planning application ref. P01/1501 on 30 May 2002 and reserved matters approval application ref. P02/2370 on 20 December 2002).
