This application includes trees covered by TPO and Conservation Area: T1 & T2; Maple - Raise and reduce the crown on the western side to provide 2m clearance to the building. Reason: Abate nuisance and prevent damage to the building. T3; Sycamore - Fell dying stem to near ground level. Reason: Tree is dying due to sooty bark disease. Not allow for full future maturity of the trees at such close proximity to the house. T8; Lawson cypress - Raise crown to 4.5m from the ground over the driveway access. Reason: Allow free access across the driveway.
