The conversion of the house from flats back to its original status as a single-family dwelling, with Lower Ground floor rear extension and all other minor amendments, has already been approved under P/2025/3344. The application seeks minor amendments to those approvals: 1. We propose to create a wider permeable platform in the front garden, for dedicated bin and bike storage, that makes more of a front garden like other houses on the street 2. We propose to add a Conservation rooflight to the side hipped roof, and increase the height of the rear second floor windows.
