The works are a combination of three areas and are described as so below: Area 1 - Garden. Artificial Grass Installation - 62m2. This includes: Excavation to recommended depth / Installation of stabilising membranes and weed control fabric / Installation of edging around the perimeter / Aggregate installed and compacted / Blinding layer of granite dust installed and compacted / Artificial grass layed, secured and brushed / Waste removed from site / Site to be left clean and tidy. The location of this area is between the house and the church, on the inside of our premises. Area 2 & Area 3 - Parish Centre Patio 1. Work: New reinforced concrete slab (Area 2) and paving (Area 3): Area 2 RC slab approx. 65m2, Area 3 paving approx. 28.8m2. the work will include the following: • Break out and remove existing tarmac and associated unsuitable material within the proposed work areas. • Excavate to the required formation levels and remove arisings from site. • Supply, place and compact MOT Type 1 sub-base in layers. • Supply and install damp proof membrane to the reinforced concrete slab area. • Supply and install A142 mesh reinforcement, including spacers and tying wire. • Supply, pump, place, compact and finish C30/35 ready-mixed concrete to form an approximately 150mm reinforced slab. • Supply and install new 600 x 600 x 50mm concrete paving slabs over a prepared bedding layer. • Supply and install new concrete edging units to the paved area. • Cut, joint and clean the completed paving. • Remove construction waste generated by the works and leave the work area clear on completion. Area 2 will have four 7' x 7' outdoor storage sheds on this space (four in total for this area), which are made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Area 3 will have two 7' x 7' outdoor storage sheds on this space (two in total for this area), which are made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
