Scope of this application I. This planning application is to retain the rear extension and outbuilding in their proposed modified forms as indicated in the attached Plans and to revert the whole of the Property's use (and/or when the whole Property is reverted to use) as a single family dwelling (Use Class: C3). The proposal involves of the whole Property to have only one kitchen. II. Modification proposed to the rear extension: The rear extension is now proposed to be modified to not contain the extra kitchen, and proposed to contain two bedrooms which are modified to connect to each other via a door. III. Modification proposed to the outbuilding: The Inspector has acknowledged that outbuilding's external dimension is within permitted development rights. Internally, we propose to remove the kitchen, all the showers, all extra toilets (except one), and their cubicles from the outbuilding. We propose to replace the current felt roof with another of a different material. If necessary, we can wooden clad or render and paint the front wall to change its external appearance. It is proposed to be used for ancillary/incidental use to the main dwelling (when main dwelling will be converted to singe family class C3 use) as a store, family gym and a play room for our eight year old daughter and will contain only one toilet without any shower. Planning Conditions: We are prepared to accept any suitable planning conditions if the LPA considers it necessary to make the development acceptable.
