Of the oak tree closest to rear garden site boundary of No 63 with the entrance gate to the allotment site, remove three lowest side branches only. One growing to the west directly above palisade fence within the allotment site. Two growing to the east on bottom of crown directly above service road. All three branches becoming over-extended due to position in base of crown. Tree previously examined by Council Arb Officer (Tim Goldrick) who considered the work to be appropriate subject to a formal application. All dead and dying timber in crown of the tree overhanging allotment site to be removed in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
