HORNCHURCH Havering RM11 3NP

Removal of existing 'balcony' balustrade/metal railing completely, raise existing 'dummy' pitched roof to rear elevation to form new 'dummy' pitch roofs to side/flank elevations, forming continuous roof over single storey rear extension. Change existing external doors to first floor rear elevation to open 'in' and fix new external 'juliette balconies' in order to inhibit access to existing flat roof from existing bedrooms.
