Creation of a new domestic vehicle crossing (dropped kerb) at the front of 80 Avon Road, Upminster, to provide vehicular access to the existing front curtilage. Works include lowering the existing footway kerb and pavement to provide a crossover with a 2.7-metre flat dropped section flanked by two 0.9-metre ramped kerbs, total crossover length 4.5 metres. Excavation and reinstatement works on the public highway to be carried out by the Councilâ??s approved contractors.
