Mawney Close Havering RM7 8EJ

To drop down the kerb outside my boundary of the property to have access to a driveway on my side of the property. I have a disabled badge and at times there is limited street parking outside th property. If possible to drop down the kerb so I can have a driveway for my car to make it more accessible. My property is a maisonette not a flat and will not affect number 24 in any way. So a full planning permission will not be required
