Cornell Way Havering RM5 2HA

This is a retrospective application for out building I am writing to inform you that during the construction of my existing garden shed, the builders inadvertently exceeded the maximum eaves height restriction of 2.5 meters, as outlined in the havering councils guidelines. The shed now stands on 2.75 meters, when it should have been 2.5 eaves height and the roof has already been installed. As i have been advised that this exceeds the permitted height, I understand that i would need to apply for planning permission to address this issue.
