The proposed non-material amendment seeks to substitute approved layout drawing Masterplan Phase 1 RMA 01511_MP_01 P05 with amended drawing S96a Phase 1 Site Layout S858_S96a_SL_100. The amendment regularises a small area of overlap between the approved red line boundary of Phase 1 Reserved Matters permission 18/01795/REM and adjacent land subsequently approved and constructed pursuant to planning permission 21/02782/OUT. The overlap area is identified on drawing S858_S96a_SL_100, shaded yellow and annotated "Land constructed in accordance with planning permission 21/02782/OUT". The amendment seeks to remove this area from the approved Phase 1 red line boundary. No changes are proposed to the approved development. The amendment is solely intended to ensure consistency between planning permissions 18/01795/REM and 21/02782/OUT and does not affect the nature, scale, layout, appearance or operation of the approved scheme.
