T1 Oak tree located back garden fairholme cortisones, tree is approx 25m tall and spread is 15-20m wide, we would like to reduce the crown by 2-3m all round mainly to balance crown and pull away from garages, all pruning in line with bs3998. the tree is overhanging garages and access road with signs of fungal brackets at 3m and 8m.
