Single storey rear extension; extension to existing front dormer (Demolition of rear conservatory)’. Our proposed application to turn the existing Conservatory to brick and to then further extend out another 3 metres into the garden. There will be some reconfiguration to move the existing Kitchen further to the rear of the property. The new roof will be a flat roof with skylights to allow light into the property. With the proposed works, this will then take the rear of my property line up with the rear of Number 7 and Number 3. We will also extend the existing front dormer.
