We propose a single-storey 4500 mm rear extension. The side extension will be 75 mm, aligned with our main building line; however, the minimum setback from the boundary must be 1100 mm. An L-shaped rear-to-side dormer will replicate the one on the neighbouring property. We will maintain the current ridge height. Additionally, we will ensure a minimum 300 mm setback from the existing ridge to the new flat roof over the loft space. Rooflights will be installed on the front and side roof slopes. External alterations include the demolition of the existing rear bay window and both side and rear dormers.
