Felling of 1 no. Cedar tree (T1). Would it be possible that the planning officer/tree officer also just has a look at a very large mature Ash tree which is in the garden at the back of the property and is overhanging theh boundary. It is located in the garden of 9 Rayleigh Road. Jess Black is quite concerned as we think it may have Ash die back and seems to have a lot of dead in it. It is unknown what can be done about this, I have advised that Jess informs the tree owner of the condition of the tree and of her concerns about possible branch failures. I'm not sure what other legal or duty of care Jess Black has and any advise would be greatly appreciated.
