Creighton Avenue Haringey N10 1NR

Removal of existing boundary treatments including vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, railings and sections of timber fencing, and the installation of new 2.4m high security fencing and gates with associated access control systems at a Jewish primary school site. The proposed development includes the erection of steel security fencing (Securamesh 358 anti-climb system) along the site perimeter, together with replacement double-leaf manual vehicle gates and pedestrian access gates. All gates and fencing will be powder-coated black and designed to provide a consistent and secure boundary treatment. Security enhancements include electronic and manual locking systems, intercom access control, proximity readers and associated infrastructure to allow controlled access for staff and visitors. Associated works include local groundworks, excavation for ducting, installation of underground services for power and data connections, vegetation clearance where required, and reinstatement of existing surfaces following completion. The works are proposed to improve site security and safeguarding, with no change of use to the existing school.
