The lawful development certificate is requested for the recent replacement of the concrete pantiles of the roof. The replacement was completed in January 2023 with like for like concrete pantiles. The original tiles were probably installed in the 1980's - they were in situ when Chris Brophy bought his flat in 1986. The property started to have difficulties with rainwater leaks and we want a lawful development certificate for the replacement of the concrete pantiles with the same like for like tiles.
