Replacement of first floor flat windows from single-glazed wooden sash windows to double-glazed uPVC sash windows (except 1 window which will be a casement window - see below). Narrowing of rear bathroom window by approximately 40 cm with removal of external concrete window sill. The brickwork around the window will be replaced with colour-matched brickwork with the window flush to the outside wall (no external brickwork/concrete sill). This window will be replaced with a casement window.
