Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2025/01637/FUL dated 25th November 2025 for the "Alterations to the existing front boundary wall, including partial removal of the wall and hedges to form a new opening, erection of a brick pier, and installation of a new metal access gate ancillary to Flat 1 (no. 32 Cromwell Grove); erection of a single storey rear extension at ground floor level, following the demolition of existing conservatory, alterations to fenestration including installation of replacement timber sash windows at ground floor level, installation of a new timber window to the side elevation at ground floor level, replacement of modern French doors and entrance door with new aluminium glazed doors at basement level, installation of a new window at basement level, excavation of the side path alleyway in connection with the formation of external steps leading to the existing basement, and raising height of the garden walls (no. 32 Cromwell Grove); bringing forward and replacement of the existing side access gate and fencing on top, to the front elevation of both properties (nos. 30 and 32 Cromwell Grove)." Amendments sought to replace brick specification from full bricks to brick slips above the window head/parapet wall area on the courtyard facing extension elevation, and replace the brick bond from Flemish to vertical stack bond.
