Variation of Condition 4 to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2003/02174/FUL dated 31st October 2003 for the "Erection of a three storey, plus part basement building (1040 sq m) to be used as offices (Class B1) on the Peterborough Road frontage, and a pair of 2 storey plus basement semi-detached properties on the rear of the site, comprising 2 live work units; together with related car parking and servicing. (Revision to planning permission 2001/2651/P) dated 10th July 2002 - revisions relate to change of use of the building on the frontage from live work to wholly office (Class B1)." Amendment sought is to allow the building on the frontage to be used for purposes within wider Class E of the Use Classes Order, except for E(a), E(b), E(d) and E(f), in order to increase the flexibility of letting within Class E, whilst retaining commercial/employment use.
